Each Party (the “Receiving Party”) agrees that it will not disclose to any third party or use any confidential information of the other Party (the “Disclosing Party”), except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, and that it shall take all reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of all such confidential information in its possession or control, which shall in no event be less than the measures it uses to maintain the confidentiality of its own information of similar importance. 

However, the service provider can use or disclose confidential information as required to discharge its obligation under this agreement and/or to comply with information requirements of employers, governmental entities, colleges, and universities. The service provider shall keep the company informed of all such requirements or cases where confidential information is required to be disclosed. Further, in conducting the verification, the service provider shall take all reasonable steps to protect the identity of the company and shall not publicize the name of the company without prior written/email consent from the company.
